PRICING POLICY
All prices shown on the Site are in CLP. For Customers purchasing from abroad with credit cards, the purchases are charged in your local currency.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised on the site. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted and will be honored, except in cases of inventory error.
Customers purchasing inside Chile will be charged for shipping costs during the purchase Process, there is no additional taxes for any shipping made within the country.
Customers purchasing from abroad will be charged for shipping costs during the purchase process. Import duty or tax costs of your country will be invoiced to you directly from the courier or customs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
The products must be returned unused, with the original receipt, in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging within 30 business days from order date for an exchange or refund as required. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the items returned are deemed to have been damaged, worn or tampered with or the receipt is not included in the package. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A. Exchanges are accepted when:
1. There is an error on our part with the shipped item (a different item was sent) in this case we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending the product back to us. A refund for the shipment can be coordinated via contacto@elateliersecreto.com
2. The product received is faulty or has a manufacturing fault. In this case we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending the product back to us. A refund for the shipment can be coordinated via contacto@elateliersecreto.com. But remember that as a standard procedure, once we receive the garment back from you, our production team has yet to confirm if there is a manufacturing fault, otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges.
3. The costumer made an error selecting the sizes. When exchanging the product for the same product in another size the costs incurred in sending the package back to us and dispatching a new product again are responsibility of the client and there’s no refund for the shipment. Please note that for items that were damaged because of an error selecting the sizes, exchange of the item won’t be accepted).
B. Returns are accepted when:
1. Cancel of the purchase for a product. A cancel of the order can be made within 7 business days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it. After you cancel the order and after we have received the package and checked that the item is not damaged, worn or tampered and the receipt is included in the package you will receive a full refund for the purchase.
2. Cancel of the purchase for a product because there was an error on our part with the shipped item (a different item was sent). A cancel of the order can be made within 7 business days commencing on the day after the date on which you receive it. After you cancel the order and after we have received the package and checked that the item is not damaged, worn or tampered and the receipt is included in the package you will receive a full refund for the purchase.

After you cancel the order and after we receive the product back from you and our production team confirms that there is a manufacturing fault and if the receipt is included in the package you will receive a full refund for the purchase.
C. Returns or Exchanges won’t be accepted when:
1. The items are damaged as a result of an error selecting the sizes (to select the right size of clothing please check thoroughly our size chart for every product)
2. The items have been damaged because of bad handing, damaged as a result of not following the care recommendations or had been tampered with.
3. The items are damaged because of normal wear and tear (these items are not considered faulty).

WARRANTY
The Client has the right to receive a product that will be of satisfactory quality, fit for its intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this site, please note that color accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer or electronic device.
We are a company of young woman’s entrepreneurs from Latin America, created by and for women and our workers too are young designers that are treated with equality, respect and enjoy short labor hours. Therefore as manufactures we certify that you will get a high quality product handmade with consciousness in Chile, South America, and that in case of manufacturing fault we will always offer remedies or exchange of the defective product. The warranty of repair and exchange of the product is not valid for points described in C.1, C.2 and C.3. from “Returns and Exchanges”
