Our Company does not import products from Countries with mass production, we use what we make, so we can certify the love and care put in our products. We have a close Eco-friendly Production, reusing, recycling, saving energy, reducing carbon footprint, using mostly cruelty-free and vegan materials and selecting our fabrics with care from countries where labor rights are respected, that results in a unique, timeless and stylish garment made with care and consciousness, ideal for the ethical Shopper.

El Atelier Secreto makes unique pieces of garment with the highest quality of fabrics available in our region. Our motive is fair trade, slow fashion, eco-friendly and tradition. Thas why all our clothes are manufactured always in limited editions and personally by a team of young Chilean workers, that are expert tailors and seamstress. Our workshop functions only with solar energy and our team is committed to recycling at a personal and fabric stage, that's why all the waste fabric of our workshop is donated to smaller businesses of our community. Our all-women team handcraft every ready to wear or pret-a-couture piece with care and love, because we want to be a different brand that seas clothes as preciously as clothes were treated in the past.
DO WE TAILOR TO PERSONALIZED MEASUREMENTS?
Big yes! We want you to look and feel perfect while wearing our clothing; this is why we take perfect fitting and tailoring very seriously. While purchasing in our online store we offer you a complete guide of the measurements needed for every product, as you can see in every measurement chart, you will need several measurements to confirm the ideal fit for every product, this is because we care about the fitting of our clothing. And if our sizes don’t match your body we have a complete line on high-quality garments that can be tailored to perfection with the measurements of your Body, so if you want a piece of tailored clothing, don’t worry! you can still use all our designs, just contact our Design Team for costume fitting Clothing, and you can have clothes tailored to fit at your doorstep.

The fabrics used to make this selection are originated from high standard fabrics from South Korea.

Due to the complex nature of these unique pieces, they can only be made with your personalized measurements and be tailored by our team of seamstresses and tailors to fit you perfectly.
DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes! we offer express airmail international shipping for all our purchases. We care about your order. We dispatch your orders in 1 working day (Monday to Friday) for national purchases and 1-2 working days for international orders via secure and insured express courier (FedEx). We offer you through our contact support, tracking of the shipment all over the world, so you can always know how close your product is, the transit time of the shipping is from 3 up to 7 days.
